Our services include offerings under The Nest and flowstone brands, including flowstone for individuals and families, flowstone Spaces for schools and care organizations, assessments, retreats, educational and personal-development experiences, coaching and advisory services, corporate services, real-estate-related services, and other offerings that we may make available.
Flowstone is a product and service offered by The Nest Investment Group LLC. Flowstone is not a separate legal entity.
A particular product or service may have an additional privacy notice, student data privacy notice, license agreement, or other specific terms. When a more specific notice applies, that notice will control with respect to the information or activity it specifically addresses.
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, organization name, job title, school or care-program information, and other contact information that you choose to provide.

Schools and care organizations may provide the names and work email addresses of staff members who are authorized to use flowstone.
Depending on the features you use, flowstone may process information that you intentionally provide through check-ins, reflections, journals, goals, preferences, practices, Care Circle features, or other wellbeing and personal-reflection tools.
The specific information collected may vary as flowstone features change or expand.
Private reflections, journals, assessment answers, and similar information are not treated as public content merely because you provide them through one of our services.
When you complete an assessment, including the Pre-Vision Assessment, we may collect your answers, score, result category, contact information, and information generated from your responses.
Assessment information may be used to provide your results, deliver related resources, personalize follow-up communications, and help identify services or conversations that may be relevant to you.
When you use our websites, applications, or digital services, we may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, interactions with our services, diagnostic information, and cookie or similar identifiers.

Some flowstone experiences are designed for children and teens.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act applies to certain online services directed to children under age 13 and to certain services that knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13.
The shared flowstone school experience is designed so that students do not need individual flowstone accounts, student profiles, or individual student logins.
Student names are not required to participate in the shared school experience, and ordinary shared participation is not intended to create an individual student participation record.
Schools should not provide student names, individual student needs, diagnoses, student lists, or other identifying student information unless a specific service expressly requires that information and an appropriate agreement and legal basis are in place.
A separate Student Data Privacy notice or school agreement may provide additional protections for school use.
Flowstone Spaces allows schools and care organizations to manage staff access while keeping the people receiving support separate from the staff account system.
Authorized staff members may be identified through their name, work email address, organization, license, and usage information.
Organizational reporting may include information such as the staff member using flowstone, the shared room or space, the date or time of use, and the type of experience used.
Students, residents, clients, patients, participants, and other people receiving support do not need staff accounts to participate in the shared experience.
The Nest does not require identifying information about the people receiving support as part of the ordinary purchase and setup process for flowstone Spaces.
Information that a person chooses to provide through wellbeing features may include information about emotions, stress, personal experiences, body awareness, or other matters that some laws may classify as sensitive information or consumer health data.
The Nest does not treat flowstone as medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or emergency treatment.
Where applicable law requires a separate privacy notice, specific consent, or additional rights for sensitive or consumer health data, the applicable notice and consent process will govern that information.
We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate our business, including providers of hosting, technology infrastructure, payment processing, communications, customer support, forms, scheduling, analytics, security, and related services.
These providers receive information only as appropriate for the services they provide to us.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe link included in the message.
Service-related communications, including purchase confirmations, account notices, security messages, assessment results, requested resources, license notices, and similar transactional communications, may still be sent when necessary to provide a service that you requested.

These technologies may help us remember preferences, maintain functionality, understand website traffic, measure performance, prevent fraud, and improve the user experience.
